Mary Wright
was born about 1620 in Kirk Deighton, North Riding, Yorkshire,
England. She was the daughter of Richard Wright and an
unknown mother. About 1639 Mary married William Sabin
in England. Mary and William were the parents of Samuel, Elizabeth,
Joseph, Benjamin, Nehemiah, Experience, Mary, Abigail, Hannah,
Patience, Jeremiah and Sarah. Mary died about 1662 in Rehoboth,
Bristol County, Massachusetts.
Richard Wright
was born in England. Richard and an unknown mother were the parents
of Mary, Eleanor, Ann, Abigail and Sarah. By 1643 he owned an
estate worth 834 pounds in Rehoboth, Bristol County, Massachusetts.
He signed the Rehoboth Compact on July 12, 1644 in Rehoboth, Bristol
County, Massachusetts. Richard was appointed to collect taxes
on May 28, 1645 in Rehoboth, Bristol County, Massachusetts. Richard
died on July 9, 1691 in Muddy River (Brookline), Norfolk County,
Massachusetts.
