Sarah Howlett was born about 1664. The elder daughter of Samuel Howlett and Sarah Clark. On December 13, 1698 Sarah married Nathaniel Averill in Topsfield, Essex County, Massachusetts. Sarah and Nathaniel were the parents of Jacob. Sarah died on July 11, 1729 in Topsfield, Essex County, Massachusetts.

Mary Howlett was born on February 17, 1672 in Topsfield, Essex County, Massachusetts. The younger daughter of Samuel Howlett and Sarah Clark. On November 18, 1689, Mary married Ephraim Wilde in Topsfield, Essex County, Massachusetts. Mary and Ephraim were the parents of Priscilla, Samuel and Susannah. Mary died on May 17, 1758 in Topsfield, Essex County, Massachusetts.
Samuel Howlett was born in 1650 in Ipswich, Essex County, Massachusetts. He was one of three children born to Thomas Howlett and Alice French. Samuel married Sarah Clark on January 3, 1670 in Topsfield, Essex County, Massachusetts. Samuel and Sarah were the parents of Mary and Sarah, both my direct ancestors. Samuel died on March 11, 1720 in Topsfield, Essex County, Massachusetts.
Thomas Howlett was born in 1605 in South Elmham, Suffolk, England. He immigrated with Winthrop in 1630 to Massachusetts. Thomas was a Carpenter. About 1634 Thomas married Alice French in Ipswich, Essex County, Massachusetts. Thomas and Alice were the parents of Alice, Thomas and Samuel. Sometime after June 26, 1666 Thomas married Rebecca unknown last name, the widow of Thomas Smith. Thomas died on December 22, 1677 in Boxford, Essex County, Massachusetts.
