Rebecca Esten
was born on May 9, 1695 in Providence, Providence County, Rhode
Island. She was the daughter of Henry Esten and Sarah
Harding. On May 13, 1741 Rebecca married Peter Ballou
in Providence, Rhode Island. Rebecca and Peter were the parents
of Maturin and Peter. Rebecca died on February 13, 1787.
Henry
Esten was born on January 11, 1651 in Herefordshire, Wales.
He was the son of Thomas Esten and Ann Thomas. Henry
married Sarah Harding and they were the parents of Rebecca.
Henry died on March 23, 1711.
Sarah Harding was born about
1655 in Providence, Providence County, Rhode Island. Sarah died
on August 20, 1731.
Thomas Esten was born
in July 1612. He was the son of Richard Esten and an unknown
mother. In England on April 23, 1643 Thomas married Ann Thomas
and they were the parents of Henry. Thomas died in 1691 in Providence,
Rhode Island.
Ann Thomas was born in
1623 in Herefordshire, Wales. Ann died in 1686 in Providence,
Rhode Island.
Richard Esten was born about
1586. Richard and an unknown woman were the parents of Thomas.
